Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

You may return unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with original tags and packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).
Processing takes 3–4 weeks after we receive your return. You’ll get an email confirmation.

Items purchased during a Warehouse Sale or Clearance Sale (bras priced at 15.00 or less, panties at $5.00) cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

2. Option 2: For a $10 fee, we’ll email you a prepaid return label. Contact us at 1-800-363-0790 (Option 4) or info@WonderBra.ca to request.

BOGO (Buy 1 Get 2) Sales:
- Returning all items → Full refund.
- Returning one item → Refund is based on the discounted value (e.g., 50% of the item’s price).
Defective/Damaged Items? Contact Customer Service immediately.

No exchanges. For a different size/color, place a new order.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item was wrong/defective).
Used items (non-defective) cannot be returned.

For hygiene and safety reasons, bra accessories and on‑body intimate products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. These items cannot be returned once purchased, even if unopened, tried on, or defective, unless required by law.
